Ok. Either you’re on vacation on some beach somewhere in Mexico sipping margaritas (or Coronas depending on your tolerance) or you’re quietly and desperately waiting for summer to be over so your kids can finally go back to school and you can look forward to a better electric bill than last month! In either case, I hope you’re enjoying the season and staying hydrated and sun-blocked.

Now, we have some exciting things planned this next year for the IE Chapter. But first things first: We want to hear back from YOU ALL to make sure we are serving the greater needs of this chapter as a whole. How do we do that? Well, instead of making cold calls to each member individually (which I would prefer except I have somehow found myself living in a fast-paced/technologically dependent society where phone calls are reserved for solicitors and those phony IRS scammers.) No, we communicate differently today: Clearly. Concisely. And Conveniently. We have no time for chit chat with actual humans where connections can be made and relationships forged! What is this? 1985?!

Ok ok… I digress. And I’ll be the first to concede. I have NO time for phone calls. Don’t even bother calling me unless you leave a voicemail which will then give me the choice of returning your call at MY convenience. Just text me. Or email me. Or IM me. Or FBM me. Or IG me. Chances are I’m near my phone and logged in to one of those platforms.
