Whether you will soon be embarking on a Beacon Award journey with your healthcare facility, continuing your journey, or maybe even just considering it, the UCLA Chapter of AACN would like to invite you to join their virtual, round table, discussion with Michelle Sanchez, MSN, RN, CPHQ, CENP, Beacon Program Manager at American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) on Wednesday, October 25th from 4pm-6pm. 

The Beacon Award for Excellence recognizes units that distinguish themselves by providing high-quality patient care in a healthy work environment.

AACN has modified the Beacon Award program to provide units with meaningful comparative data to measure their performance and successes while continuing to recognize their journey to excellence.
