Registered Nurse - RN (Home Health)

NurseCore is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses for private duty and per diem cases. We’re seeking nurses who can offer at least two 8-to-12 hour shifts per week, including mornings and overnights, based on patient needs and scheduling availability. Our caseload includes both pediatric and adult patients.

What you'll do:

• Provide compassionate in-home care for patients with chronic health needs
• Support patients with G-tubes, and based on your comfort level, tracheostomies and/or ventilator care
• Carry out additional nursing responsibilities tailored to each patient’s plan of care

What it takes:

• Active RN license in Nevada
• Minimum of one year post-grad clinical experience
• Proven experience in G-tube care
• Experience with ventilators and/or tracheostomies is a plus!
• Current hands-on CPR certification
• Negative TB test within the past year
  
  

Salary range: $38 - $40/hour.
